I graduated in 2018 with a Degree in Broadcasting and minor in Journalism from Taylors' Lakeside University. I am a content writer that enjoys reading and telling stories, hence my interest in human-centric stories and creative storytelling. I am still developing my style, but I believe that the pursuit of eloquence and efficiency in my writing is what makes a successful message in delivery.

After graduation, I began a stint with Vulcanpost Malaysia for 4 and a half months. There I learned how to use the best angles and explore every little corner I could find. We didn't stop until we determined a great headline in the title in 6-8 words. Story-sourcing was one of the hardest challenges I faced, though yet most enjoyable. Often I would have to go up to them personally and try their products/ services before I could ask to interview them at all. I had to balance between keeping the story straight for our readers yet execute the 'this will change your life' angle periodically. I was sent to events and press conferences on start-up businesses and networked with aspiring entrepreneurs. Some of them already millionaires in their own right. Talking with these entrepreneurs and seeing initiatives I never thought possible broadened my vision a little more and I realized how I could start thinking of brands that way.

In FREEMEN, I was tasked with writing emails and copywriting to accompany our training seminars. I managed the digital marketing of one of their events on known social media platforms. At the same time, I would also write copywriting content for other events' material. I learned about the logistics of event planning and had a glimpse of what the backend of the event company was like. We had to go much earlier to set up and pack, kept track of the courses sold, deal with the finance reports every month.
